Histoire
This tie is part of the collection made in collaboration with the brand of the MARINE NATIONALE - the French Navy. It highlights the “Golden Anchor” (l'ancre dorée). It’s been a historic symbol of the French Navy since the end of the 18th century, and is found today on the shoulder straps of all sailors, from deckhands to admirals. The stripes echo the colors of the blue-white-red flag of France (tricolore) proudly displayed on all ships and military bases.
Fabric
The fabric is a navy blue mate silk designed in the Cinabre Parisian studio. The tie lining is the signature red twill silk.

This tie was carefully handcrafted by Cinabre artisans in France, following the same techniques for 3 generations.
Details
This piece is entirely handmade with a red slip stitch making a loop at the bottom of the tie. The fabric will then keep its elasticity and the tie will recover its initial shape after being used.
To make your tie even more unique, a name or initials and a date can be handwritten on the label.
