This tie was carefully handcrafted by CINABRE artisans in France, following the same techniques for 3 generations. Our atelier is located in the Loire Valley.
This collection has been developed in collaboration with the official Toile de Jouy printer, based in France. The pattern is based on a drawing from the oldest engravings made by J.B.Huet around 1785. It is still produced in France thanks to the traditional technique of the screen printing which allows a high-precision.

The tie is made from an authentic Toile de Jouy with a CINABRE red silk twill lining. Since the design we chose has lots of different patterns, each tie will be slightly different and unique.
This piece is entirely handmade with a red slip stitch making a loop at the bottom of the tie. The fabric will then keep its elasticity and the tie will recover its initial shape after being used.
To make your tie even more unique, a name or initials and a date can be handwritten on the label.
