Material
Pantherella light khaki socks are made of cotton "fil d'Ecosse". The cotton comes from Egypt from a variety that produces very long fibers more resistant to pilling. It is then spun in Italy and mercerised to eliminate all loose fibers from the yarn and give a silky appearance to the stockings. Mercerisation process also allows the yarns to be dyed more easily and gives the socks deep colors.
