WE’RE TAKING OUR ROBES OUT

Cinabre dressing gowns are not the stay-at-home type. They enjoy encounters, and not only with buttered toast and a steaming cup of coffee at dawn. Especially our new designs crafted in a superb Loro Piana wool gabardine: fluid, luminous, and soft as silk to the touch.

A PALETTE FOR DAY AND NIGHT

Five shades complete our collection: Powder Pink, Cream, Plum, Brown, and Navy Blue. Each dressing gown is fully lined with a beautiful Bemberg satin, offering impeccable comfort and drape.

We also have a wide range of additional colours from Loro Piana fabrics, waiting to be discovered in our boutique.

MORE THAN JUST A DRESSING GOWN

In my view, a dressing gown has far more allure in a living room than in a kitchen. It deserves more than hiding behind closed doors. I sometimes even wear mine to black-tie events, and it never fails to turn heads for the right reasons.

CARE FOR A COCKTAIL?

To celebrate the launch of these new robes, I’m sharing one of my favorite French cocktail recipe: the Boulevardier, created at Harry’s Bar in the heart of Paris. The story goes that Harry McElhone, the bar’s legendary bartender, first mixed it for the writer Erskine Gwynne.

Perfect for a music-filled evening, when your dressing gown feels ready for a night out.

You’ll need:

-3cl Bourbon Whiskey

-3cl Red Vermouth (Martini, if you please)

-3cl Campari

Pour everything into an old fashioned glass over ice. Stir with nonchalance, and finish with a strip of orange zest.

Santé et à bientôt,
